肉桂挥发物顶空固相微萃取条件的正交优化 被引量:8

摘要 为探讨肉桂挥发物顶空固相微萃取采集的最优条件,采用L9(34)正交设计方案,测定了萃取温度、萃取时间、热解吸时间和萃取头类型4个因素对于肉桂挥发物检出峰数量、萃取头吸附量和色谱峰分辨率的影响。结果表明,若色谱检出峰数量和吸附量2个评价指标为望大特性,应选择85μm PDMS萃取头,适当升高顶空萃取温度或者延长萃取时间;若目的成分已知,且希望精确定量分析,采用7μm PDMS萃取头,在25℃室温下萃取5 min即可,肉桂挥发物分辨率最高,1 min甚至更短的热解吸时间也可满足植物挥发物的分析要求。 To explore optimal conditions of headspace solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) for collecting Cinnamomum cassia volatiles,the effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,desorption time,and SPME fiber to the peak numbers,total adsorption amount,and mean resolution of peaks from Cinnamomum cassia volatiles detected by gas chromatographic method by using L9(34) orthogonal array design.The results showed that if total adsorption amount as well as total peak numbers were larger-the-better expected,the optimal condition should be 85 μm PDMS+60℃+40 min,while for accurate quantitative analysis of known target component,the optimal extraction condition should be 7 μm PDMS fiber+room temperature+5 min extraction time.One minute or shorter desorption time was sufficient for the desorption of plant derived volatiles.
