摘要
目的探究中医护理适宜技术对脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选择2018年12月—2022年1月开封市中医院收治的脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者180例,按随机数字表法分为两组各90例。对照组予以常规干预,观察组实施中医护理技术,均持续干预3个月。比较两组肌张力等级、肢体功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量。结果观察组干预后上肢、下肢Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)分级均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组肢体功能、日常生活活动能力、生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMAS)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者中采用中医护理适宜技术,能够有效减轻痉挛症状,改善肢体功能,进而提高日常生活活动能力及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of appropriate nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine on limb function recovery and activities of daily living in patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 180 patients with stroke spastic hemiplegia treated in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,which lasted for 3 months.The muscle tension level,limb function,activities of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results after the intervention,the Ashworth spasm scale(MAS)grades of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before intervention,there was no significant difference in limb function,activities of daily living and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the upper limb function score,lower limb function score Barthel index rating scale(BI)score and stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The appropriate nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine in stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia can effectively reduce spastic symptoms,improve limb function,and then improve the ability of activities of daily living and quality of life.
