重返工作岗位的直肠癌永久性肠造口患者自我超越现状及工作投入情况的影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析重返工作岗位的直肠癌永久性肠造口患者自我超越现状及工作投入情况的影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法选取2020年1月至2021年5月在我院复查的112例直肠癌永久性肠造口患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查量表、自我超越量表(STS)、工作投入量表(UWES)进行调查。评估患者的自我超越水平及工作投入情况,分析影响工作投入情况的影响因素。结果直肠癌永久性肠造口患者的自我超越处于低水平;工作投入情况处于中度水平。不同年龄、文化程度、月收入、造口术后时间、重返工作家庭支持情况患者的UWES总分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,直肠癌永久性肠造口患者的STS评分与UWES总分及奉献、活力、专注评分呈正相关(r=0.327、0.343、0.315、0.261,P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、月收入、重返工作家庭支持情况及STS总分为直肠癌永久性肠造口患者UWES总分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论重返工作岗位的直肠癌永久性肠造口患者自我超越水平较低,工作投入处于中度水平;文化程度、月收入、重返工作家庭支持情况及自我超越水平为直肠癌永久性肠造口患者工作投入的影响因素。 Objective To analyze self-transcendence status and the influencing factors of work engagement of rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy returning to work.Methods A total of 112 rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy who were reexamined in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The general data survey scale,Self-Transcendence Scale(STS)and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES)were used to investigate.The self-transcendence level and work engagement of patients were evaluated,and the influencing factors of work engagement were analyzed.Results The self-transcendence of rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy was low level;the work engagement was moderate level.There were statistically significant differences in the total score of UWES among patients with different ages,educational attainments,monthly income,postoperative time of stoma and family support for returning to work(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the STS score of rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy was positively correlated with the total score of UWES and the scores of dedication,vitality and concentration(r=0.327,0.343,0.315,0.261,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis results showed that educational attainments,monthly income,family support for returning to work and total score of STS were the influencing factors of total score of UWES in rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-transcendence level of rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy returning to work is low,and the work engagement is at a moderate level;educational attainments,monthly income,family support for returning to work and self-transcendence level are the influencing factors of work engagement of rectal cancer patients with permanent enterostomy.
