摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌术后患者社会参与水平现状及其影响因素。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2017年5月-2018年1月在青海省人民医院普外科住院行结直肠癌根治手术的术后3个月复查患者160例为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、参与和自主影响量表(IPA)及社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对患者进行调查。结果结直肠癌术后患者IPA总分为(57.64±7.52)分。居住情况、家庭月收入、是否出现并发症、是否行肠造口术以及社会支持度是结直肠癌术后患者社会参与水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌术后患者社会参与处于中等水平,医护人员应该对此情况给予重视,并根据患者具体情况,采取更有针对性的干预措施,提高患者社会参与度水平,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the status of social participation in patients with colorectal cancer and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 160 colorectal cancer patients hospitalized in the General Surgery Department of Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital for medical reviewed 3months after radical surgery from May 2017to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects by purposive sampling method.A general data questionnaire,Impact on Participation and Autonomy (IPA)and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS)were applied in the investigation.Results The total score of IPA of the postoperative patients with colorectal cancer was (57.64±7.52).Patient's living status,family monthly income,complications,enterostomy and social support were the main factors affecting the level of social participation of colorectal cancer patients (P <0.05). Conclusions The overall level of social participation in colorectal cancer patients after surgery is as a moderate level.Medical staff should pay attention to this situation,and take more targeted interventions according to the specific conditions of patients,improve the level of social participation of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
