摘要
目的分析乳腺癌冰冻切片的病理诊断价值。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月本院收治的40例疑似乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行冰冻切片和石蜡切片病理诊断。以石蜡切片为金标准,分析冰冻切片的病理诊断价值,比较石蜡切片与冰冻切片的检出类型及病理诊断时间。结果石蜡切片结果显示,40例患者中,恶性14例,良性26例;冰冻切片结果显示,恶性13例,良性27例,灵敏度为85.71%,特异度为96.15%,诊断符合率为92.50%,误诊率为3.85%。冰冻切片与石蜡切片肉瘤、浸润性癌、慢性炎性病变、乳腺囊性增生、导管内乳头状瘤、纤维腺瘤及乳腺潴留囊肿的检出率比较差异无统计学意义。冰冻切片的病理诊断时间为(25.34±3.65)min,明显短于石蜡切片的(4.12±0.95)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冰冻切片应用于乳腺癌病理诊断中具有较高的诊断灵敏度、特异度及符合率,且病理诊断时间短,可快速明确诊断,诊断价值较高。
Objective To analyze the pathological diagnostic value of frozen section in breast cancer.Methods 40 patients with suspected breast cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,all patients underwent frozen section and paraffin section pathological diagnosis.Paraffin section was used as the gold standard,the pathological diagnosis results of frozen section were analyzed,and the detection types and pathological diagnosis time of paraffin section and frozen section were compared.Results The results of paraffin section showed that among the 40 patients,14 cases were malignant and 26 cases were benign;the results of frozen section showed that 13 cases were malignant and 27 cases were benign,the sensitivity was 85.71%,the specificity was 96.15%,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 92.50%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 3.85%.There was no significant difference in the proportion of sarcoma,invasive carcinoma,chronic inflammatory lesions,breast cystic hyperplasia,intraductal papilloma,fibroadenoma and breast retention cyst between frozen section and paraffin section.The pathological diagnosis time of frozen section was(25.34±3.65)min,which was significantly shorter than(4.12±0.95)d of paraffin section,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of frozen section in the pathological diagnosis of breast cancer has high diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate,and the pathological diagnosis time is short,which can be quickly and clearly diagnosed,and the diagnostic value is high.
