摘要
为解决卡塔尔某项目中劳务定额工日单价存在的纠纷问题,通过对运用现场实测法及生产管理资料分析法对定额工时进行测算与研究。发现在国际工程管理,施工单位不能盲目地参考国内定额工时或工效进行定价,应积极地对项目的定额工时进行整理分析为企业管理提供有利的数据支撑。
In order to solve the dispute about the unit price of labor quota working days in a project in Qatar,the paper calculates and researches the fixed working hours by using field measurement method and production management data analysis method.It is found that in international project management,the construction unit should not blindly refer to the domestic fixed hours or work efficiency for pricing,but should actively organize and analyze the fixed hours of the project to provide favorable data support for enterprise management.
