摘要
目前我国建筑施工企业拥有企业定额的情况不太乐观。企业定额中除人工消耗量的其他部分各个建筑施工企业相差不大,由于企业管理方式等因素的不同,建筑施工企业人工消耗量相差较大,因此对劳动定额编制方法的研究有一定的现实意义。针对在工程实践中出现的企业定额和劳动定额大量缺乏的实际问题,采用了文献分析法、对比分析法、归纳法等方法进行研究,得出了劳动定额编制新思路的研究结果。对传统的劳动定额编制方法进行了一定的创新,提出了劳动定额编制新思路下的统计分析法和新思路下的技术测定法,帮助建筑施工企业更高效的编制劳动定额。
At present,the ownership of construction enterprises in China is not very optimistic.In the enterprise quota,except for the other parts of the manual consumption,the construction enterprises are not much different.Due to the different management methods of enterprises,the labor consumption of each construction enterprise has a large difference.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the compilation method of labor quota.Aiming at the practical problems that the enterprise quota and the labor quota appear in the engineering practice,the literature analysis method,the comparative analysis method,the induction method and other methods are used to study,and the research results of the new ideas of labor quota preparation are obtained.The traditional methods of labor quotas have been innovated,and the statistical analysis method under the new idea of labor quota preparation and the technical measurement method under the new idea have been proposed to help construction enterprises to more efficiently prepare labor quotas.
