摘要
通过新农科的发展过程、新农科的内涵和新农科引导性专业的设置介绍了新农科建设的背景,提出了新农科新建专业的五点建设思路,即加强新专业论证、加强新专业建设的规划和设计、加强新专业师资队伍建设、完善课程体系建设、加强新专业教学基本条件建设,并指出通过明确绩效考核的组织机构和职责、精心设计考核评价内容、重视考核结果的应用来加强专业绩效考核与评价,促进新农科新建专业的内涵建设,从而加快农林人才的培养,提升卓越农林人才的培养质量。
This paper introduces the background of the construction of the new agricultural science through the development process of the new agricultural science,the connotation of the new agricultural science and the setting of the new agricultural science guiding specialty.Then the paper puts forward five ideas for the construction of new agricultural specialty:strengthening the certification of the new specialty,the planning and design of the new specialty construction,and the planning of the new specialty teaching staff,improving the design of the curriculum system,and the construction of the basic conditions of the new specialty teaching.The performance assessment and evaluation of new agricultural specialty should be emphasized by clarifying the organizational structure and responsibilities of the performance evaluation,designed carefully on the content of assessment and evaluation and the application of assessment results.This will promote the connotation construction of the new agricultural specialty to accelerate the cultivation of needed agricultural students and improve the quality of excellent agricultural students.
