摘要
新工科背景下将工程伦理教育与德育教育相融合,对于培养新时代高素质土木专业人才具有重要意义。结合OBE教育教学理念,通过实施“德育元素融入、课程内容重构、教学方式改革、考核评价多元”的“四维”课堂教学改革,改变教师“教”与学生“学”的传统教学范式,构建师生学习共同体,打造共情内化育人模式。借助课程德育元素丰富的优势,设计自然的融入方案,形成“专业性+正向性+沉浸性+趣味性+特色性”突出、有温度的“五性一度”案例教学模式,构建了工科专业课程伦理教育的新方式。
Integrating engineering ethics education with moral education under the background of emerging engineering education is of great significance for cultivating high-quality civil engineering talents in the new era.Combined with the OBE education and teaching concept,through the implementation of the"four-dimensional"classroom teaching reform of"integration of moral elements,reconstruction of course content,reform of teaching methods,and diversified assessment and evaluation",the traditional teaching paradigm of"teaching"for teachers and"learning"for students is changed.Build a learning community for teachers and students,and create a model of empathy and internalized education.Taking advantage of the rich moral elements of the course,the design of moral elements is naturally integrated into the plan,forming a"professional+positive+immersive+interesting+distinctive"case teaching model,and constructed a new way of engineering ethics education for engineering majors.
