摘要
目的运用品管圈模式提高门急诊处方前置审核药师干预成功率,保障患者安全用药。方法门诊药房药师成立品管圈小组,品管圈活动中的对策实施时间为2022年4月~6月,以此为时间截点,将2022年1月~3月前置审方系统中,药师干预成功的门急诊处方作为实施前组,将2022年7月~9月药师干预成功的门急诊处方作为实施后组,对比分析两组药师干预成功率的变化。结果门急诊处方前置审核干预成功率由57.81%提高至86.63%。结论通过开展品管圈活动,可提高前置审核药师干预成功率,提高药事服务能力,促进临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE To improve the success rate of outpatient and emergency prescription pre-review pharmacist intervention by using quality control circle mode,and ensure the safety of medication for patients.METHODS Pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy set up a QCC group.The implementation time of countermeasures in QCC activities was from April to June 2022.Taking this as the time cut-off point,the outpatient and emergency prescriptions successfully intervened by pharmacists in the pre-review system from January to March 2022 were selected as the pre-implementation group.Outpatient and emergency prescriptions successfully intervened by pharmacists from July to September 2022 were selected as the post-implementation group,and the changes in the success rate of intervention by pharmacists in the two groups were compared and analyzed.RESULTS The success rate of pre-audit intervention for outpatient and emergency prescriptions increased from 57.81%to 86.63%.CONCLUSION By carrying out quality control circle activities,the intervention success rate of pre-audit pharmacists can be improved,pharmaceutical service capacity can be improved,and rational drug use can be promoted.
