摘要
基于“三教”改革对高职课程建设提出的更高要求,采用系统分析方法对高校优秀青年教师的课堂教学活动进行研究。研究表明,高效的反思性评价能够不断推进教学水平和学习效果的提升,基于学习量规的反思学习和合作学习作为教学实践的中介工具,可推动师生专业知识建构的进程,提高教学质量。
Based on the higher requirements for higher education courses under the reform of"teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods",a systematic analysis method is used to examine the classroom teaching activities of excellent young teachers in colleges and universities.The study shows that the effective reflective assessment can continuously promote the improvement of teaching and learning,and that reflective learning and collaborative learning based on learning rubric as mediating tools for teaching practice can promote the process of constructing professional knowledge of teachers and students,and improve teaching quality.
