通航孔钢平台整体提升施工技术研究

摘要 为保证某工程通航孔钢平台的顺利提升,研发了钢平台整体提升新工艺。新工艺利用挂钩可视化数字集成产品控制吊车同步提升,使得提升过程具有较高的可控性及可操作性,保证施工安全的同时,又提高了施工效率。针对新工艺设计了钢平台整体提升系统,详细阐述了分块分幅吊装方案及施工主要技术控制措施,最后对其经济效益及社会效益进行分析。结果表明,采用钢平台整体提升新工艺后,达到了既定的7天工期施工目标,较常规钢平台拆除重新搭设方案工期缩短了65.0%;施工成本较常规钢平台拆除重新搭设方案减少了68.5%;为工期紧张、施工场地受限的水中通航孔钢平台、大型水上钢平台、城市立交桥梁支架平台、房建项目大型操作平台等整体提升工程提供参考。 In order to ensure the smooth upgrading of the navigation hole steel platform in a project,a new technology of overall upgrading of the steel platform was developed.The new technology uses the hook visual digital integrated product to control the synchronous lifting of the crane,which makes the lifting process with high controllability and operability,ensures the construction safety and improves the construction efficiency at the same time.According to the new technology,the whole lifting system of steel platform is designed,and then the block and frame lifting scheme and the main technical control measures of construction are expounded in detail.Finally,the economic and social benefits are analyzed..The results show that the 7 days construction period is achieved by using the new technology,which is 65.0%shorter than the conventional scheme of demolition and re-erection of the steel platform.The construction cost is reduced by 68.5%compared with the conventional scheme of demolition and re-erection of the steel platform.It can provide reference for the overall lifting projects such as water navigation hole steel platform,large water steel platform,urban overpass bridge support platform,and large operating platform of housing construction projects,which are under tight construction period and limited construction site.
