问卷星在医学生临床实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的分析问卷星在医学生临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2022年12月威海市中医院的80名临床医学专业实习生,根据教学方法不同,将采用传统教学模式的40名实习生纳入对照组,将在对照组基础上应用问卷星教学的40名实习生纳入研究组。对比两组实习生教学前后临床医学专业理论、临床医学专业实践技能考核评分及两组实习生对教学趣味性、教学流程性、教学积极性、教学专业性等方面的满意率。结果教学前,两组实习生临床医学专业理论、临床医学专业实践考核评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组实习生考核评分均显著提高,且研究组评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生对教学趣味性、教学流程性、教学积极性、教学专业性方面的满意率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问卷星在医学生临床实习教学中的应用具有良好效果,能显著提升实习生的临床医学专业理论、临床医学专业实践考核评分以及对临床教学的满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of the application of Wenjuanxing in the teaching of clinical internship of medical students.Methods 80 clinical medical interns from Weihai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to December 2022 were selected,and according to different teaching methods,40 interns who used traditional teaching model were included as the control group,and 40 interns who applied questionnaire star teaching model on top of the control group were included as the study group.The assessment scores of clinical medical theory and practical function before and after teaching,as well as their satisfaction rates with teaching interest,teaching process,teaching enthusiasm,and teaching professionalism were compared between two groups of interns.Results Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in the assessment scores of clinical medicine theory and clinical medicine practice between the two groups of interns(P>0.05);after teaching,the assessment scores for the two groups of interns were significantly improved,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of the study group interns with teaching interest,teaching process,teaching enthusiasm,and teaching professionalism were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenjuanxing in clinical internship teaching of medical students has good application effect,which can significantly improve the interns'clinical medicine professional theory,clinical medicine professional practice assessment scores and satisfaction with clinical teaching.
