摘要
航天发射场低温加注系统普遍采用低温真空绝热管路,随着使用时间的增长,真空管路系统的真空性能会逐渐下降,一般每3 a或真空压强>1 Pa时,应重新抽空一次。根据抽真空操作特点的不同,低温加注管路抽真空工艺可分为返厂抽真空、在线抽真空、置换抽真空、非置换抽真空、热抽空、冷抽空、连续抽真空、间歇抽真空等。发射场低温加注管路系统抽真空应根据不同阶段发射场的现场实际情况选择相应的抽真空工艺。根据低温加注真空管路系统真空度要求,考虑其经济性,选用高真空机组进行抽真空。介绍了高密度发射任务下低温加注管路在线抽真空操作流程及注意事项。
Low temperature vacuum insulated pipe is widely used in the low temperature filling system of space launch site.With the increase of the use time,the vacuum performance of the vacuum pipe system will gradually decline.Generally,it should be evacuated once every 3 years or when the vacuum pressure is greater than 1 Pa.According to different operation characteristics of vacuuming,the vacuuming process of the low-temperature filling pipe can be divided into return vacuuming,on-line vacuuming,displacement vacuuming,non-displacement vacuuming,hot vacuuming,cold vacuuming,continuous vacuuming,intermittent vacuuming,etc.The vacuuming process of the low-temperature filling pipe system should be selected according to the actual situation of the launch site at different stages.According to the vacuum requirement of low temperature filling vacuum pipe system and considering economy,high vacuum unit was selected for vacuum pumping.The process and precautions of on-line vacuum pumping of low temperature filling line in high density launch mission are introduced.
