摘要
对盛装气体标准物质容器(即气瓶)的内处理工艺进行了分析与实验,在满足气瓶内处理要求的前提下,尽可能高效节能的对气瓶内部进行置换与抽空,以保证气体标准物质的稳定性。用于盛装纯度<99.9999%或10-6级且稳定性较好的标准气的铝合金气瓶,加热至80℃,稳定时间>30 min,再在80℃下用高纯气体置换3次,每次抽空至<20 Pa(绝压),即可达到质量要求。
This paper analyzes and experiments the internal treatment process of the container containing the gas standard substance(namely the gas cylinder),in order to achieve the premise of meeting the requirements of the gas cylinder internal treatment,as efficient and energy saving replacement and evacuation of the gas cylinder,to ensure the stability of the gas standard substance.It is concluded that the aluminum alloy gas cylinder used for containing standard gas with purity below 99.9999%or with good stability at 10-6 level can meet the quality requirements by heating it to 80℃and stabilizing it for more than 30 min,then replacing it with high purity gas for 3 times at 80℃and pumping it below 20 Pa(absolute pressure)each time.
