摘要
通过傅里叶红外光谱、差式量热扫描、扫描电镜分析以及接触角测定,探讨普通大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇复合膜、双醛淀粉交联大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇复合膜微观结构。研究结果表明,双醛淀粉交联大豆蛋白/聚乙烯醇复合膜三维网络结构更加致密,热塑性和疏水性更好。
The microstructure of ordinary SPI/PVA composite membrane and dialdehyde starch crosslinked SPI/PVA composite membrane were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,differential calorimetry scanning analysis,scanning electron microscopy analysis,and contact angle measurement.The results showed that the three-dimensional network structure of SPI/PVA composite membrane crosslinked with dialdehyde starch more denser,and better thermoplastic and hydrophobic properties.
