海洋水下液压连接器设计与应用

摘要 根据国内首套自主开发的水下应急封井装置的实际需求,设计一种全新的液压连接器,具备机械加双重液压驱动解锁的三重解锁机构,具有HC型和H4型液压连接器快速转换锁紧机构,具有一次和二次的冗余密封结构设计,在连接器顶部和下部设计有水合物抑制结构等,适应3 000 m以上深水工况。该连接器具有重要的经济和社会效益,可为国内水下液压连接器研制开发提供参考。 According to the actual demand of the first self-developed subsea capping stack in China,a new hydraulic connector was developed,which had a triple unlocking mechanism with mechanical and double hydraulic drive unlocking,a fast switching locking mechanism with HC type and H4 type hydraulic connectors,a primary and secondary redundant sealing structure design,and a hydrate suppression structure at the top and bottom of the connector,etc.It is suitable for deep water conditions above 3000 m.The connector has important economic and social benefits.It provides reference for domestic research and development of subsea hydraulic connectors.
