摘要 通过对水下应急封井装置钻杆下入法进行参数敏感性分析,影响钻杆最大应力、最大有效张力、水下应急封井装置最大纵向位移以及安装姿态主要参数是浪高,波浪方向角和流速。根据正交试验将不同流速和浪高组合进行水下应急封井装置钻杆下放的动态仿真分析,将计算结果与水下应急封井装置下放作业极限准则进行对比,得到了波浪方向角0°、45°、90°、135°和180°的钻杆下放作业窗口,并进行安全区域的交集组合择取最优作业下放窗口,为后期现场下入作业提供重要指导。 The parameter sensitivity analysis was carried out by the drill pipe inversion method of underwater emergency well capping stack.The main parameters affecting the maximum stress,maximum effective tension,maximum longitudinal displacement and installation attitude of the underwater emergency well capping stack are wave height,wave direction angle and flow rate.Based on orthogonal experiments,dynamic simulation analysis was conducted for lowering the drill pipe of an underwater emergency well sealing device using different combinations of flow rates and wave heights.The calculation results are compared with the limit criteria of the underwater emergency sealing device,and the drill pipe lowering operation windows with wave direction angles of 0°,45°,90°,135°and 180°are obtained,and the optimal operation decentralization window is selected by the intersection of safety areas,which provides important guidance for the later on-site descent operation.
