高强韧可自修复聚脲弹性体的制备及表征 被引量:1

摘要 以端氨基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚胺、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯等为原料,采用一锅法合成了5种聚脲弹性体(SPUA),并对SPUA进行了傅里叶变换红外光谱测试、凝胶渗透色谱测试、流变仪测试、力学性能测试、自修复性能测试及扫描电镜观察。结果表明,成功制备了高强韧可自修复的SPUA。通过改变聚醚胺含量,SPUA体系的氢键密度得到有效调控,实现了优异力学性能与高效自修复性能的兼得。所制备的SPUA的拉伸强度和伸长率可达40 MPa、1435%。此外,SPUA在室温自修复24 h后其自修复效率达97%。该SPUA有潜力应用于电子皮肤等柔性电子设备的衬底材料。 A series of polyurea elastomers(SPUAs)are synthesized through a one-pot polymerization reaction using amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane,polyetheramine,and isophorone diisocyanate as raw materials.The structure and properties of SPUAs are investigated by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectra(FT-IR),Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC),Rotational Rheometer,mechanical testing and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).The results show that superior robust self-healing polyurea elastomers have been successfully prepared.The hydrogen bond density of the SPUAs can be effectively regulated by varying the molar ratio of polyetheramine/polydimethylsiloxane,which endows the SPUAs with excellent mechanical properties and efficient self-healing ability.The tensile strength and elongation of the polyurea elastomer can reach 40 MPa and 1435%respectively.Moreover,the self-healing efficiency of the polyurea elastomer reaches 97%after self-healing in 24 hours at room temperature.The synthesized polyurea elastomers show great potential to be used as flexible substrates for wearable electronics such as electronic skin.
