摘要
针对雄安新区容西片区地下综合管廊所处环境地下水系丰富、冬季寒冷、昼夜温差大等特点,选用粘结性能良好的环氧树脂材料作为管廊用聚脲复合涂料防水体系的封闭底漆,开展了工程应用技术研究。结果表明,涂层2 mm厚(封闭底漆0.5 mm+聚脲涂料1.5 mm)是聚脲复合涂料防水体系的最佳厚度;以环氧树脂材料为底漆的聚脲复合涂料防水体系提高了地下综合管廊的整体防水性能和防冻性,延长了其使用寿命。
According to the environmental characteristics of the underground utility tunnel in Rongxi district of Xiong’an New Area, such as rich underground water system, cold winter and large temperature difference between day and night, epoxy resin material with good bonding performance is selected as the sealing primer for polyurea composite coating waterproofing system of the utility tunnel, and the engineering application technology research is carried out. The results show that 2 mm thick coating(sealing primer 0.5 mm + polyurea coating 1.5 mm) is the best thickness of polyurea composite coating waterproofing system;with epoxy resin as primer, this waterproofing system improves the overall waterproofing and anti-freezing performances of the underground utility tunnel and prolongs its service life.
