摘要 碎片云速度场是评估玻璃爆炸飞溅二次伤害的一个重要物理量,碎片云轮廓对于获取其速度场很重要;运用photoshop、matlab等软件对拍摄的爆炸作用下框支玻璃高速摄影图片中的碎片云轮廓进行数据提取和碎片云扩展拟合;采用二值化和扫描的方法对轮廓数据进行提取和唯一化处理,选用S曲线对廓数据进行拟合,采用依次固定参数的方法,得到碎片云轮廓随时间变化的计算公式,该公式与原始数据的相关系数在0.9以上。 The velocity field of debris cloud is an important physical quantity to evaluate the secondary damage of the glass explosion and the outline of the debris cloud is very important to obtain the velocity field. The method of data extraction and formula fitting for the taken debris cloud contour in the frame supported glass high speed photography images were studied with Photoshop, Matlab and so on. Using binarization and scanning method, we extracted and handled the contour data, the S curve was used to fit the profile data and the method of using the fixed parameters was used to obtain a formula of debris cloud contour changing over time. The correlation coefficient between the formula and the original data is more than 0.9.
