课程思政改革视域下高校国防教育路径新探索 被引量:2

New Exploration of National Defense Education Path in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Curriculum Reform

摘要 高校课程思政改革有利于激发教师育人积极性,提高教师育人实效和学生作为学习主体的能动性。当前上海高校国防教育存在师资力量薄弱、教学团队教育水平和综合素养待提升,教育形式单一、教学效果良莠不齐,国防教育保障机制有待健全、经费投入有待加强等现象,基于此,课程思政改革背景下上海高校国防教育的路径应当着力于:强化全员育人,积极构建多方参与的协同育人主体;完善组织架构,着力搭建同向同行的协同育人组织;优化激励制度,激励育人力量同频共振。 The ideological and political curriculum reform in colleges and universities is conducive to stimulating teachers’enthusiasm for education,enhancing the effectiveness of education and students’initiative as learning subjects.However,some problems in the national defense education are found in universities of Shanghai,such as inappropriate education level and comprehensive quality of the teaching team,the monotonous education form,the unsatisfactory teaching effect,the imperfect guarantee mechanism of national defense education,and the inadequate capital investment.Therefore,under the background of ideological and political curriculum reform,national defense education in should focus on strengthening all-staff education colleges and universities,actively building a multi-party collaborative education team;improving the organizational structure and building a collaborative education organization;optimizing the incentive system to strengthen resonance of education.
