摘要
新时代深化普通高校国防教育实践是推动全民国防教育高质量发展、落实立德树人根本任务、奋力实现建军一百年目标的必然要求。当前,高校国防教育实践还存在军训实效性与大纲要求有差距、活动形式单一、体系化建设尚未形成等突出问题。普通高校要充分认识新时代深化学校国防教育的重要意义,坚持问题导向和系统观念,通过探索构建“规范化”的学生军事训练实践体系、“多元化”国防军事活动实践体系、“数字化”国防军事体验实践体系,形成“三位一体”的高校国防教育实践体系,切实发挥国防教育实践的独特育人功能,提高青年大学生的国防素养,推动新时代高校国防教育的高质量发展,为国防和军队现代化建设做出贡献。
In the new era,deepening the practice of national defense education in universities is an inevitable requirement for promoting the high-quality development of national defense education for all,implementing the fundamental task of moral education,and striving to achieve the centenary goal of building the military.At present,there are prominent problems in the practice of national defense education in universities,such as gaps in the effectiveness of military training compared to the requirements of the syllabus,single activity forms,and lack of systematic construction.Universities should fully understand the importance of deepening their national defense education in the new era,adhere to problem orientation and systematic concepts,and form a“three in one”national defense education practice system by exploring and constructing a“standardized”student military training practice system,a“diversified”national defense military activity practice system,a“digital”national defense military experience practice system.They should effectively exert the unique educational function of national defense education practice,improve the national defense literacy of young college students,and promote the high-quality development of national defense education in universities in the new era so as to make contributions to the modernized construction of national defense and the military.
