摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)属于病因不明结直肠慢性炎症,其可下调患者生活质量,且其难治性和易癌变特点同样给医学研究带来较大挑战。目前已知研究结果显示,炎症反应在肿瘤形成不同阶段中发挥较为重要作用,涉及肿瘤产生、生长、侵袭以及转移。UC上皮内瘤因极易转化成癌组织,故也被称为结肠癌前病变。深入探究与了解UC上皮内瘤转变为肿瘤细胞和分子机制,为临床创新治疗方案提供理论基础。基于此。本文就UC上皮内瘤最新研究进展予以综述。
Ulcerative colitis(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)is a chronic colorectal inflammation of unknown etiology,which can down-regulate the quality of life of patients,and its refractory and cancer-prone characteristics also bring great challenges to medical research.Currently known research results show that inflammatory response plays an important role in different stages of tumor formation,involving tumor generation,growth,invasion and metastasis.UC intraepithelial neoplasia is also called precancerous lesion of the colon because it is very easy to transform into cancerous tissue.In-depth exploration and understanding of the transformation of UC intraepithelial neoplasia into tumor cells and molecular mechanisms,to provide a theoretical basis for clinical innovative treatment options.Based on this,this paper reviews the latest research progress of UC intraepithelial neoplasia.
