摘要
利用大疆M300无人机对玛曲县城区建筑物进行全覆盖、高精度航拍,建立三维模型,结合高分遥感影像对城区建筑物进行数字化处理,采用结构弹塑性时程分析方法构建玛曲县城区建筑物在不同地震烈度下的震害情景,并对其进行地震灾害风险评估。研究结果表明:在中小型城市城区高层建筑物结构类型解译工作中,无人机倾斜摄影技术能够全天时获取成像清晰、质量较高的高分辨率遥感影像,能更好地高精度分辨城区高层建筑物结构类型、层数等基础信息,能为震害情景构建和地震灾害风险评估提供准确的基础数据;烈度为Ⅶ度时,城区建筑物以轻微破坏和中等以下破坏为主,地震灾害风险不大;烈度为Ⅷ时,城区建筑物以中等及以上破坏为主,地震灾害风险较大;烈度为Ⅸ度时,城区大部分建筑物都会出现严重及以上破坏,地震灾害风险很大。研究结果将会为该地区精确实施建筑物加固、重点隐患排查等工作提供有力的科学支撑,对该地区防范化解重大地震灾害风险具有重要的意义。
This paper uses DJI M300 UAV to take full-coverage and high-precision aerial photographs of urban buildings in Maqu County,establishes a three-dimensional model,and digitizes the urban buildings with high-score remote sensing images.The seismic damage scenarios of urban buildings in Maqu County under different earthquake intensities are constructed by using the structural elastic-plastic time history analysis method,and the seismic disaster risk is evaluated.The research results show that in the interpretation of high-rise building structure types in small and medium-sized cities,UAV tilt photography technology can obtain high-resolution remote sensing images with clear imaging and high quality all day long,and can better distinguish the basic information such as the structure types and floors of high-rise buildings in urban areas with high precision,which can provide accurate basic data for earthquake disaster scenario construction and earthquake disaster risk assessment;when the intensity isⅦthe buildings in urban areas are mainly damaged slightly and below medium,and the risk of earthquake disaster is not great;when the intensity isⅧ,the buildings in urban areas are mainly damaged at moderate or above level,and the risk of earthquake disaster is high;when the intensity isⅨ,most of the buildings in urban areas will be seriously damaged or above,and the risk of earthquake disaster is very high.The research results will provide strong scientific support for the accurate implementation of building reinforcement and key hidden danger investigation in this area,and have important significance for preventing and resolving major earthquake disaster risks in this area.
