摘要
共享停车作为一种新型停车模式,能够提高居住区停车位的综合利用率,缓解城市城区交通拥堵问题。文中以城市居住区共享停车供给和需求特征为研究对象,选取5个居住小区进行调查和分析。研究结果表明,从供给特征来看,小区停车位在时间和空间上分布均是不平衡的,小区业主对于提供共享车位的意愿总体上是积极的;从需求特征分析,车位使用者愿意使用共享停车位,主要关注的因素是停车便利性、距离目的地的远近以及停车费用和方式。
Shared parking,as a new parking model,can improve the comprehensive utilization rate of parking spaces in residential areas and alleviate traffic congestion in urban areas.In this paper,the supply and demand characteristics of shared parking in urban residential areas are studied,and five residential areas are selected for investigation and analysis.The results of the study show that from the supply characteristics,the distribution of parking spaces in the district is unbalanced in both time and space,and the owners of the district are generally positive in their willingness to provide shared parking spaces;In terms of demand characteristics,the main factors of concern for parking space users who are willing to use shared parking spaces are parking convenience,proximity to destinations and the cost and mode of parking.
