摘要
基于全国范围内发放的2025份问卷,本文从城市区位、城市等级两个角度出发,探究近两年高校毕业生的城市选择的总体偏好。研究结果显示:2022届与2023高校毕业生的城市选择大体呈“东密西疏”与“高等级城市偏向”的特点,西部地区与农村基层地区人才流失严重。通过分析该现象形成的内在机理,发现经济水平与政策条件是最主要的影响因素。各城市需要结合数字经济发展下就业市场出现的新特征,制定相关政策顺应数智时代的新要求,通过增加就业机会、提升创新创业能力、制定科学的人才吸引政策等,积极引进、培养人才,从而在“抢人大战”中获利,促进城市发展。
Based on 2025 questionnaires distributed nationwide,this paper investigates the overall preferences of city choices of college graduates in the past two years from the perspectives of city location and city rank.The research results show that the city choices of 2022 and 2023 college graduates are generally"dense in the east and sparse in the west"and"high grade city bias",and there is a serious brain drain from western and rural grassroots areas.By analyzing the inner mechanism of this phenomenon,it is found that economic level and policy conditions are the main influencing factors.Cities need to take into account the new characteristics of the job market under the development of digital economy,formulate relevant policies to meet the new requirements of the digital intelligence era,and actively introduce and cultivate talents by increasing employment opportunities,improving innovation and entrepreneurship,and formulating scientific policies to attract talents,so as to benefit from the"war for talents"and promote urban development.
