42CrMoA六角螺栓的热处理工艺模拟

摘要 风电紧固件在实际生产中常通过热处理对紧固件坯料进行处理,以获得合适的组织与强度便于后续服役。利用Defrom-3D有限元模拟软件对42CrMoA六角螺栓热处理工艺进行了模拟。基于工厂现有热处理制度,通过对加热保温时间、淬火温度、冷却速率等工艺参数的调控选择,结合淬火温度场和表面残余应力分析,提出了新的热处理工艺方案。 Heat treatment can tune the structures and properties and is commonly adopted in the production of wind power fasteners.The heat treatment process of 42CrMoA hexagon head bolt was simulated by Defrom-3D FEM method.Based on the current heat treatment process and combined with the quenching temperature field and surface residual stress analyses,a new heat treatment process is proposed by adjusting and selecting the process parameters such as heating holding time,quenching temperature,cooling rate and etc.
