天然气发电工程用双温位导热油供热系统工艺模拟

摘要 为研究导热油热物性对供热系统运行和工艺设备选型的影响,采用HYSYS工艺软件模拟了天然气发电工程用双温位导热油供热系统。对导热油供热系统的调控过程进行了阐述,分析了流量和温度的调控对系统设计及运行过程的影响。结果表明,双温位导热油供热系统中,导热油热物性对系统设备选型有明显的影响。高低温循环“独立”设计和运行,可避免单循环系统热油泵选型与运行的大功率和大流量。双温位热油供热系统节约工程投资,节能效果显著。 In order to study the influence of thermal properties of heat transfer material on the operation of the heating system and the selection of process equipment,the HYSYS process software was used to simulate the dual temperature heat transfer material heating system for natural gas power generation projects.The regulation process of the heat transfer material heating system is expounded,and the influence of the regulation of flow and temperature on the design and operation of the system is analyzed.The results show that,in the dual-temperature heat transfer material heating system,the thermal prop-erties of the heat transfer organic material have a significant impact on the selection of the system equipment.The“inde-pendent”design and operation of high and low temperature cycles can avoid the high power and large flow in the selection and operation of single-circulation system thermal material pumps.The dual-temperature hot oil heating system saves pro-ject investment and has remarkable energy-saving effect.
