摘要
目的优选桑枝通络丸的提取及制备工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计法,以橙皮苷含量及干浸膏得率为评价指标,对加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数等因素进行考察,优化水煎煮提取工艺;以成型性、溶散时限、吸湿性综合评分为评价指标,对稠膏相对密度进行考察,优选最佳成型工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为10倍量水,加热回流提取3次,每次1 h;最佳成型工艺为稠膏相对密度1.21~1.23(60℃)。结论优选的工艺稳定,合理可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction and preparation process of Sangzhitongluo Concentrated Pills.Methods The extraction process of Sangzhitongluo Concentrated Pills was optimized by the L9(34)orthogonal test with the content of hesperidin and the extraction rate with the wanter addition multiples,the decoction times and the decoction time as the invetigation factors.The relative density of the thick paste was investigated and the optimum molding process was optimized with the comprehensive evaluation indexes of formability,dissolution time limit and hygroscopicity.Results The optimum extraction process was 10 times of water,heating and refluxing for 3 times,1 hour each time;The optimum molding process is that the relative density of thick paste is 1.21~1.23(60℃).Conclusion The optimized process is stable,reasonable and feasible.
