摘要
维生素在畜禽日粮的营养成分中占比极少,是饲料中需要的化学结构不同、生理功能和营养作用也有所差别的一类低分子有机化合物。在畜禽体内,维生素既不构成组织和器官的结构部分,也不提供能量的来源。虽然含量极微,但不可或缺的维生素在畜禽正常的生命活动有重要的作用。动物体内缺乏维生素,其生长发育、繁殖机能均会受到影响,轻则采食量下降,重则导致疾病的发生。为保障畜禽的健康,在饲料中是否添加维生素、加入何种维生素、推荐使用量和最高限量都值得探讨。
Vitamin in livestock and poultry diet nutrient composition accounts for a very small proportion,is needed in feed chemical structure,physiological function and nutritional effects are also different a class of low molecular organic compounds.In livestock and poultry,vitamins neither form a structural part of tissues and organs nor provide a source of energy.Although the content is very small,but the indispensable vitamin has an important role in the normal life activities of livestock and poultry.Lack of vitamin in animal body,its growth and development,reproduction function will be affected,the light will decrease feed intake,serious will lead to the occurrence of disease.In order to protect the health of livestock and poultry,whether to add vitamins in feed,what kinds of vitamins to add,the recommended dosage and the maximum limit are all worth discussing.
