摘要
实现全体人民共同富裕与全面发展,是中国共产党人的奋斗目标,也是人类社会发展进程中的一种理想状态。现阶段,共同富裕实践具有明显的人民性、突出的全面性、科学的共建性、一定的长期性和显著的人类性,应从历史、理论和实践等三个维度全面把握实现共同富裕的意义与价值,科学厘清农村在实现共同富裕中的基础地位与关键作用。乡村思想政治教育与共同富裕有着“钥”与“锁”的内在逻辑关联--正确方向之“钥”、产业动力之“钥”、文明进步之“钥”、作风提升之“钥”、人才养成之“钥”、良好生态之“钥”。应从瞄准舆论导向之“路”、聚焦精神培育之“路”、抓好人才养成之“路”、紧盯作风提升之“路”、注重关系协调之“路”、把握改革富村之“路”等方面入手,着力推进乡村思想政治教育工作,为乡村共同富裕目标的实现,夯实思想基础、激发精神动力、汇聚青年力量、强化组织保证、构建和谐环境、理顺实践进程。
Achieving common prosperity and all-round development of all the people is the goal of the Communist Party of China and an ideal state in the process of human social development.At this stage,the practice of achieving common prosperity has obvious characteristics of people,prominent comprehen-siveness,scientific co-construction,certain long-term nature and remarkable humanity.We should com-prehensively grasp the significance and value of achieving common prosperity from three dimensions of the-ory,practice and history,and scientifically clarify the basic position and key role of rural areas in achiev-ing common prosperity.Rural ideological and political education and common prosperity have an internal logical relationship of"lock"and"key".We should focus on the"road"of public opinion guidance,the"road"of spiritual cultivation,the"road"of talent cultivation,the"road"of work style improvement,the""road"of relationship coordination,and the"road"of rural reform to promote rural ideological and politi-cal education.This is conducive to the realization of the goal of common prosperity in rural areas,tamping the ideological foundation,stimulating the spiritual power,gathering the strength of youth,strengthening the organizational guarantee,building a harmonious environment,and straightening out the practice pro-cess.
