摘要
支持并开展校企合作协同治理是新时代职业教育改革的应有之义。在分析HJ学院校企合作生动实践的基础上,借鉴SFIC模型的协同逻辑,探讨当前校企合作协同治理模式中存在的起步阶段治理主体协同基础松散、运行阶段协同化互动运行效率低及尾声阶段信息反馈和评估机制空缺等现实困境,并提出夯实协同基础、提升协同效率及建设信息反馈和评估机制等策略以构建创新性的职业教育校企合作协同治理模式。
Supporting and carrying out college-enterprise cooperative governance is the due meaning of the reform of vocational education in the new era.Based on the analysis of the vivid practice of college-enterprise cooperation in HJ College,this study draws on the collaborative logic of SFIC model to explore the existing practical dificulties in the college-enterprise collaborative governance model,such as the loose cooperative foundation of governance subjects in the initial stage,the low efficiency of collaborative interaction in the operation stage and the lack of information feedback and evaluation mechanism in the final stage.In order to construct an innovative college-enterprise cooperation of collaborative governance model in vocational education,it is proposed to strengthen the cooperative foundation,improve the cooperative efficiency and construct the information feedback and evaluation mechanism.
