高性能超疏水材料的制备方法及应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 疏水材料在环保、清洁、工业生产等多个领域均有广阔应用前景,但这类材料的疏水性能优劣主要受本体物质表面能大小和基体物质表面粗糙度影响。因此,从上述两点出发,设计、开发新型工艺路线,实现高性能、低成本、适用范围广的超疏水材料制备已成为该领域研究者关注的热点问题。本文从如何提升疏水材料性能角度出发,总结了国内外高性能超疏水材料的制备方法及其应用进展,以期为高性能超疏水材料的规模化制备及应用开发提供可行的思路。 Hydrophobic materials have broad application prospects in many fields such as environmental protection,cleaning,industrial production.The hydrophobic properties of materials are mainly affected by the surface energy of the body material and the surface roughness of the substrate material,which directly determines the degree and range of its application.Therefore,how to design and develop the new process routes for high performance,low cost,wide application of superhydrophobic materials preparation has become a hot and important problem to researchers in this field.From the above two points,this paper summarizes the preparation methods and application progress of high performance superhydrophobic materials,which in order to provide feasible ideas for the large-scale preparation and application development of high performance superhydrophobic materials.
