摘要
本文建立了固相萃取-气相色谱法同时检测土壤中甲胺磷、乐果、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷、丙溴磷和三唑磷残留的方法。6种有机磷农药的线性范围为10.0~300μg·L^(-1),线性相关系数均大于0.995,检出限在0.003~0.009μg·kg^(-1)之间,样品加标回收率在89.8%~106.7%之间,6次测试结果的相对标准偏差小于5%。该方法前处理操作简单,灵敏度高,具有良好的回收率和稳定性,适用于土壤中有机磷农药残留的测定。
A method for the simultaneous determination of methamidophos,dimethoate,parathion,methyl parathion,profenofos and Triazophos residues in soil by solid phase extraction gas chromatography was established.The linear range of six organophosphorus pesticides was 10.0~300μg·L^(-1),the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995,the detection limit was between 0.003~0.009μg·kg^(-1),the recovery rate of sample spiked was between 89.8%~106.7%,and the relative standard deviation of six test results was less than 5%.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high sensitivity,good recovery and stability.It is suitable for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in soil.
