摘要
目的建立了蜂房药材中Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cu 5种重金属元素的残留检测方法。方法样品经微波消解后,以锗(^(72)Ge)、铟(^(115)In)、铋(^(209)Bi)混合溶液作为内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)进行5种重金属元素的残留量测定。结果Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cu 5种重金属元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.9996),回收率在83.26%~99.89%(RSD≤4.8%)范围内,方法的检出限在0.0100~0.0920mg·kg^(-1)范围内。10批样品不同程度的检出了Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cu。结论该检测方法准确,灵敏度高。为蜂房药材质量的把控提供了相关参考依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method for residue detection of 5 kinds of heavy metal element including lead,arsenic,mercury,cadmium and copper in Vespae Nidus.METHOD The samples digested by icrowave and^(72)Ge,^(115)In,^(209)Bi were used as internal tandards.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the residual mass concentration of 5 metal element.RESULTS The 5 kinds of heavy metal showed good linearity within the selected concentration ranges(r≥0.9996)with the recovery from 83.26%to 99.89%,while their RSD were below 4.8%.The detection limits of the method were range from 0.0100 to 0.0920mg·kg^(-1).10 batches of samples contained different levels of Pb、As、Hg、Cd and Cu.CONCLUSION The method was accurate and sensitive,which provides refevence for contralling the quality of Vespae Nidus.
