摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定苦瓜药材中16种无机元素。苦瓜样品采用微波消解处理,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法检测。待测元素的质量浓度在各自的线性范围内与发射光强度线性关系良好,线性相关系数不小于0.999,各元素的检出限在0.001~1.000 mg/kg,定量限在0.003~3.300 mg/kg,回收率在82.9%~112.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.62%~2.32%。测定样品中的无机常量元素Mg,Ca,Fe,K等含量大于137 mg/kg,有害元素Hg,Pb,Cd,As等含量小于0.5 mg/kg。该方法分析速度快,灵敏度高,适用于苦瓜药材中无机元素测定。
An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established for the determination of 16 inorganic elements in balsam pear.Balsam pear samples were digested by microwave digestion method and detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The linear relationships of elements between the mass concentration of the elements to be measured and the emission light intensity were good.the linear correlation coefficients were not less than 0.999,the detection limit of each element was 0.001-1.000 mg/kg,the quantitative limits were 0.003-3.300 mg/kg,the recoveries were 82.9%-112.5%,and the relative standard deviations were between 0.62%-2.32%.The contents of Mg,Ca,Fe,K and harmful elements Hg,Pb,Cd,As in the samples were more than 137 mg/kg and less than 0.5 mg/kg.The method has the advantages of fast analysis speed and high sensitivity,which is suitable for the determination of inorganic elements in balsam pear.
