卓越幼儿园教师的典型特征“画像”——基于15名教师访谈的质性分析 被引量:2

摘要 卓越幼儿园教师的典型特征描绘,对于引导普通幼儿园教师走向“卓越”具有重要的启发价值。采用非概率抽样中的目的性抽样,选取15名卓越幼儿园教师作为访谈对象,根据访谈获得的原始资料进行编码分析,为卓越幼儿园教师的典型特征“画像”。聚焦现象发现,卓越幼儿园教师的典型特征为终身学习者、师德高尚者、专业突出者、高阶心理者、自主发展者以及融情于教者。挖掘本质反思,卓越幼儿园教师的铸就既有关键性的内在因素:教师自身高度的专业自觉性;又有不可或缺的外在因素:园所搭建起“多位一体”的教师发展平台。内因与外因共同铸就新时代卓越幼儿园教师。 The description of typical characteristics of excellent kindergarten teachers has important enlightening value for guiding ordinary kindergarten teachers to"excellence".In this study,15 kindergarten teachers of excellence were selected as interviewees by purposive sampling in non-probability sampling,and the primary data obtained from the interviews were coded and analyzed to"profile"the typical characteristics of kindergarten teachers of excellence.It is found that the core characteristics of excellent kindergarten teachers are:lifelong learning,high moral character,professional excellence,high level psychology,self-development,and teaching with care.The essence of the study is to reflect on what makes an excellent kindergarten teacher.There is a key internal factor:the high level of professional self-awareness of kindergarten teachers;and there is an indispensable external factor:the establishment of a"all-in-one"platform for kindergarten teachers’professional development in kindergartens,with both internal and external factors working together to create kindergarten teachers of excellence in the new era.
