摘要
医学基础课程的实训课不仅要教会学生所需的理论知识和操作技能,还要帮助学生了解职业文化,提升其岗位适应能力。以病原生物与免疫学基础为例,通过对该课程实训教学的现状分析,积极诊改,提质培优,构建“五维三融合”模式的线上精品实训课程,解决线下实训教学存在的困难,提高人才培养质量。
The practical training course of basic medicine should not only teach students the theoretical knowledge and operational skills they need,but also help students understand the professional culture and enhance their post adaptability.Taking the Basic Microbiology&Immunology course as an example,through the analysis of the current situation of the practical teaching of the course,this paper aims to rectify and reform the course structure,and improve quality and cultivate excellence of medical students,and construct online quality practical training courses based on"Five-dimension and Three-integration"mode to solve the difficulties in offline practical teaching and improve the quality of personnel training.
