摘要
实证分析以中国30个省(市、区)为研究样本,运用熵值法综合测算出2011年—2020年的乡村振兴水平,总结出其时空差异特征,并基于Dagum基尼系数分解法揭示了乡村振兴水平空间差异的来源,在此基础上通过二次指派程序法(QAP)着重探究了乡村振兴水平空间差异的影响因素。结果表明:10年间,乡村振兴水平呈现波动式上升,且在2017年乡村振兴战略实施之后快速增长,其空间分布始终具有“东高西低”的特征,并随着时间推移展现出“南高北低”的特征;乡村振兴水平空间差异整体呈现缩小态势,四大地区基尼系数的大小次序为东部地区>东北地区>西部地区>中部地区,东部—东北间的差异最大,中部—西部间的差异最小,区域间差异成为其空间差异的重要来源;经济发展水平差异和金融发展水平差异对乡村振兴水平空间差异有显著正向影响,市场化水平差异有显著负向影响。研究结论为全面推进乡村振兴战略进而构建新发展格局提供了重要的政策制定依据。
Taking 30 provinces in China as the research samples,this paper has calculated the level of rural revitalization from 2011 to 2020 by using the entropy value method comprehensively,and clarified the characteristics of their spatiotemporal differences.Based on the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method,the sources of the spatial differences of rural revitalization level are revealed,and on this basis,the influencing factors of spatial differences of rural revitalization level are explored by the quadratic assignment procedure.The results show that:In the past 10 years,the level of rural revitalization presents a fluctuating growth trend,and has achieved a faster growth rate after the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in 2017.Its spatial distribution has the characteristics of"high in the east and low in the west"all along,and shows the characteristics of"high in the south and low in the north"over time.The spatial differences in rural revitalization level show a narrowing trend as a whole,and the order of size of the Gini coefficient in the four major regions is the eastern region,the northeast region,the western region,and the central region;The differences between the eastern region and northeast region are the largest,while the differences between the central region and western region are the smallest;interregional differences become an important source of spatial differences.The differences in economic development level and financial development level have a significant positive impact on the spatial differences in rural revitalization level,and the differences in marketization level have a significant negative impact.The research results provide an important policy formulation basis for comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy and building a new development pattern.
