摘要
优化黄皮叶挥发油的提取条件,并分析挥发油的化学成分及相对含量。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄皮叶挥发油,以料液比、浸泡时间、提取时间为考察因素进行单因素试验;在单因素试验基础上,以挥发油得率为评价指标,进行正交试验确定黄皮叶挥发油最佳提取工艺;采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对黄皮叶挥发油进行成分分析和含量测定。结果显示,黄皮叶挥发油最佳提取工艺为浸泡时间2 h、提取时间4 h、料液比为1∶10(m∶V),挥发油得率为0.50%,GC-MS共分离鉴定出37种化合物,以芳香烃、萜类化合物及其含氧衍生物等为主,占挥发油总量的96.49%。本试验明确了水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄皮叶挥发油的优化工艺和挥发油的成分,可为黄皮叶挥发油的工艺研究、标准制定和规模化生产提供理论依据。
The objective was to optimize the extraction condition of volatile oil from leafs of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels and analyze its chemical constituents and relative content.Volatile oil from leafs of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels was extracted by steam distillation.The single factor experiment was carried out with the ratio of material to liquid,soaking time and extraction time as the main factors.On the basis of single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment was designed with the yield of volatile oil as the evaluation index to obtain the best extraction process of volatile oil.GC-MS was used to analyze the components and determine the content of volatile oil from leafs of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels.The results showed that the best extraction process of volatile oil from leafs of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels was soaking for 2 h,extracting for 4 h,and the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶10(m∶V).A total of 37 compounds were separated and identified by GC-MS,mainly including aromatic hydrocarbons,terpenes and oxygenated derivatives,accounting for 96.49%of the total volatile oil.This experiment clarified the optimization process of extracting volatile oil from leafs of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels by steam distillation and the components of the volatile oil,providing a theoretical basis for the process research,standard formulation and large-scale production of the volatile oil from leafs of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels.
