黄皮叶提取物对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的降脂保肝作用研究 被引量:5

Lipid-lowering and Hepatoprotective Effect of Extractives from Folium Clausenae Lansii on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Rats

摘要 目的比较研究黄皮叶不同提取物的降脂效果,并探讨其对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠降脂保肝作用及机制。方法制备黄皮叶水提物和醇提物,建立小鼠高脂模型,测定高脂模型小鼠血清中的血脂成分。选择作用较强的黄皮叶醇提物,采用灌饲高脂肪乳剂方法制备高脂性脂肪肝大鼠模型,观察其对血清中血脂、肝酶活性及肝脏组织病理学改变的影响。结果黄皮叶水提物及醇提物均能降低高血脂小鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,醇提物比水提物作用强。黄皮叶醇提物能明显降低高脂性脂肪肝大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的含量,减轻肝脏的病理损害。结论黄皮叶醇提取物降脂效果优于水提物,且具有良好的降脂保肝作用。 Objective To investigate the lipid-lowering and hepatoprotective effect and mechanism of different extrac- tives from Folium Clausenae Lansii on nonalcoholic fatty liver rats. Methods Preparing water extracts and alcohol ex- tracts from Folium Clausenae Lansii were prepared and mice models of hyperlipidemia were established for the analy- sis of blood fat components. In addition, the nonalcoholic fatty liver rat models were induced by feeding fatty milk, and then were given alcohol extracts from Folium Clausenae Lansii, which were used for the observation of blood lipid levels, serum hepatic enzymatic activity in and hepatic histopathological changes. Results The water extracts and al- cohol extracts from Folium Clausenae Lansii remarkably decreased serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C, and in- creased HDL-C level of mice models.The effects of alcohol extracts were stronger than those of water extracts. The al- cohol extractives decreased distinctly the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, as well as ALT and AST in serum, and re- lieved the pathological damage of liver. Conclusion The alcohol extractives from Folium Clausenae Lansii have favor- able lipid-lowering and hepatoprotective effect, and the effect is stronger than that of water extractives.
