摘要
随着客运快速化、高速化,货运重载化、快捷化的发展,交流传动系统成为现代列车发展的必然趋势。牵引变流器作为交流传动系统的关键设备,其可靠性分析十分必要。计及牵引负荷的随机性和冲击性,对不同器件,建立相应可靠性分析模型。基于物理失效机理建立了IGBT模块失效率模型,依据可靠性预计手册分析其他组件的可靠性,各方法有机结合提高可靠性分析效率与准确性。以结温为主要监测变量,提出了一套牵引变流器可靠性在线评估流程,为全面监测牵引变流器的安全可靠运行提供重要参考。
With the rapid development of passenger transport and high-speed transport,freight heavy loads and quickness,AC transmission systems have become an inevitable trend in the development of modern trains.As a key equipment in the AC transmission system,the reliability analysis of traction converters is very necessary.Considering the randomness and impact of traction load,establish corresponding reliability analysis models for different devices.A failure rate model for IGBT modules was established based on physical failure mechanisms.The reliability of other components was analyzed according to the reliability prediction manual,and various methods were organically combined to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reliability analysis.A set of online reliability evaluation process for traction converters is proposed,with junction temperature as the main monitoring variable,providing important reference for comprehensive monitoring of the safe and reliable operation of traction converters.
