摘要
同相供电潮流控制器是同相供电系统的薄弱环节,为降低系统运行与维护成本,亟待优化其可靠性。该文从物理失效机理入手,建立潮流控制器可靠性评估流程,研究潮流控制器可靠性影响因素,确定开关频率为潮流控制器可靠性优化的核心控制参数;计及牵引负荷特性,为平滑结温,降低失效率,提出开关频率动态调节方法,在可调区间内,根据牵引负荷匹配开关频率;基于潮流控制器输出波形质量和开关损耗约束,确定开关频率取值范围,以绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)模块失效率单位下降比最大为目标,优化开关频率调节区间,得到最佳动态调节策略;最后以沙峪牵引变电所同相供电潮流控制器为例,结合实测数据,分析开关频率动态调节方法对同相供电潮流控制器可靠性的影响,结果表明IGBT模块失效率降低25.81%以上,验证所提方法的有效性,为潮流控制器的可靠运行与优化设计提供技术支撑。
The co-phase power flow controller is a weak link in the co-phase power supply system. In order to reduce system operation and maintenance costs, it is urgent to optimize its reliability. Starting from the physical failure mechanism, the reliability evaluation process of the power flow controller was established, the reliability influencing factors of the power flow controller were studied, and the switching frequency was selected as the core control parameter of reliability optimization of power flow controller. Taking into account the characteristics of the traction load, in order to smooth the junction temperature and reduce the failure rate, the method of dynamic switching frequency adjustment was proposed, which can match the switching frequency according to the traction load within an adjustable interval. Based on the output waveform quality of the power flow controller and the switching loss constraints, the range of the switching frequency was determined, and the maximum unit reduction ratio of the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) module failure rate was taken as the goal to optimize the switching frequency adjustment interval, and then the best dynamic switching frequency adjustment strategy was obtained. Finally, taking the co-phase power flow controller of the Shayu traction substation as an example, combined with the measured traction load data,the influence of the dynamic switching frequency adjustment method on the reliability of the tide controller was analyzed.The results show that the failure rate of the IGBT module has decreased by at least 25.81%, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method, and providing technical support for the reliable operation and optimal design of the power flow controller as well.
