摘要
为了给高速大尺寸加载装置设计提供参考,基于流固耦合算法对炸药驱动飞片的过程进行了数值模拟,分析了不同起爆网络和装药高度对飞片平面范围和速度的影响。结果表明:保持装药高度相同,飞片平面范围主要受起爆网络排布的影响,三角形点阵网络作用下的飞片平面范围优于四边形点阵网络;各多点起爆网络作用下飞片的速度无明显区别,但相对于单点起爆均有明显提升,85mm装药高度27点起爆网络作用下飞片速度提升24.6%;保持起爆网络相同,飞片平面范围随装药高度增加而减小,飞片速度随装药高度增加而增加。
To provide reference to the design of high speed loading device with large size,based on the fluid-solid coupling algorithm,the process of flyer driven by explosive was simulated,the influence of different initiation networks and charge heights on the flyer plane range and velocity were analyzed.The results show that with the same charge height,the plane range of flyers is mainly affected by arrangement of initiation network,the triangular net is better than quadrilateral net.There is little difference in flyer velocity under the action of multi-points initiation network,but it is significantly improved compared with single point initiation.The flyer velocity under the action of 27 points initiation network at 85 mm charge height is increased by 24.6%.With the same initiation network,the plane range of flyers decreases with the increase of charge height,and the flyer velocity increases with the increase of charge height.
