摘要
为缩小电网线路负载电压与态势电压水平之间的物理数值差,在大幅提升智能配电网安全性同时,实现对电量态势的准确感知,提出基于无线传感器网络的智能配电网安全态势感知方法。根据无线传感器网络配置标准,确定电网运行均匀度水平,计算安全负荷边界,完成电力负荷态势利导。在此基础上,选取配电指标,联合已知态势标度值,核算风险等级系数准确性,实现智能配电网安全态势感知。实验结果表明,在无线传感器网络网络作用下,电网线路负载电压与态势电压之间的最大数值差只能达到12.1 V,未超过理想情况下的最大差值13.5 V,符合准确感知电量态势水平的实际应用需求。
In order to reduce the physical value difference between power grid line load voltage and situation voltage level,greatly improve the security of intelligent distribution network and realize accurate power situation awareness,a security situation awareness method of intelligent distribution network based on wireless sensor network is proposed.According to the wireless sensor network configuration standard,determine the power grid operation uniformity level,calculate the safe load boundary,and complete the power load situation guidance.On this basis,select the distribution index,combine the known situation scale value,calculate the accuracy of risk grade coefficient,and realize the security situation awareness of intelligent distribution network.The experimental results show that under the action of wireless sensor networks,the maximum value difference between grid line load voltage and situation voltage can only reach 12.1 V,which does not exceed the maximum difference of 13.5 V under ideal conditions,which meets the practical application requirements of accurately sensing the power situation level.
