摘要
轻型智能跨越架是对原有的“绝缘索桥越线架”支撑梁进行轻型化和智能化改造的新型跨越架。该文分析了跨越架的传力机理,并针对其中的核心计算问题,结合规范规定,提出了计算方法,并依此对跨越架和移动抱箍的整体强度、节点强度进行了两种工况的计算,为跨越架现场应用奠定了有效的参考依据和理论基础。
The light intelligent crossing frame is a new type of crossing frame developed from the light-duty and intelligent transformation of the original"insulated cable bridge crossing frame".In this paper,the force transmission mechanism of the crossing frame is analyzed;aiming at the core calculation problems,the calculation methods are proposed based on the related standards.Then,the overall strength and node strength of the crossing frame and the mobile hoop under two working conditions are calculated.It lays an effective reference and solid theoretical foundation for the field implementation of the crossing frame.
