摘要
目的探究阿仑膦酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松的价值。方法将2020年2月-2021年2月本院接收的136例老年骨质疏松患者进行研究,根据抽签法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各68例。对照组患者进行口服阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上再给予鲑鱼降钙素注射液,比较两组患者疗效、不良反应的情况以及治疗后的骨钙素(BGP)、骨密度(BMD)和视觉模拟(VAS)评分。结果实验组患者治疗效果显著高于对照组且安全性更高,组间治疗总有效率与不良反应发生率均存在显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的BGP和BMD都高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿仑膦酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松的效果较好,能够改善患者的骨痛情况,降低了患者出现不良反应的情况,且能够提升骨密度,安全性也较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore value of alendronic acid sodium combined with salmon Calcitonin in treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods The paper chose 136 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021,and divided them into experimental group and control group based on drawing lots method,with 68 cases in each group.Control group was treated with oral alendronic acid sodium tablets,and experimental group with salmon Calcitonin injection on the basis of control group.Effect,adverse reactions,and scores of osteocalcin(BGP),bone mineral density(BMD),and visual analogue(VAS)after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Treatment effect of experimental group was significantly higher than control group,with higher safety.There was significant difference in total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).BGP and BMD scores of experimental group after treatment were higher than control group,VAS scores were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Alendronic acid sodium combined with salmon Calcitonin can achieve good effect in treatment of elderly osteoporosis,can improve bone pain,reduce adverse reactions,and increase bone density of patients with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
