摘要
目的对多节段脊柱骨折患者使用经皮椎体后凸成形术进行治疗的效果作出分析。方法采用2018年1月-2021年12月在本院诊治的多节段脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象,总例数100例,根据患者治疗方式将患者划分成均为50例的两个组别,使用常规方式进行治疗为常规组,使用经皮椎体后凸成形术进行治疗为研究组,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果,包括治疗有效率、并发症发生率、日常活动能力水平、疼痛程度、临床指标情况。结果研究组治疗有效率高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.698,P=0.001)。研究组并发症发生率低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.060,P=0.013)。研究组临床指标中,椎体高度、Cobb角、肢体功能水平均优于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=5.631,9.788,21.413,P<0.001)。研究组日常活动能力评分高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=35.164,P<0.001)。研究组疼痛评分低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=5.670,P<0.001)。结论为多节段脊柱骨折患者使用经皮椎体后凸成形术进行治疗,能够改善患者肢体功能和日常活动能力,可以减轻患者疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,治疗效果显著,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty in treatment of patients with multi-segment spinal fractures.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with multi-segment spinal fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 as study objects,and divided them into two groups based on treatment methods,50 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with routine methods,and study group with percutaneous kyphoplasty.Treatment effect between two groups was compared and analyzed,including treatment effect,incidence of complications,daily activity ability,pain degree and clinical indicators.Results Treatment effective rate of study group was higher than routine group,and difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.698,P=0.001).Incidence of complications in study group was lower than routine group,difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.060,P=0.013).Among clinical indicators of study group,vertebral height,Cobb angle,and limb function level was better than routine group,with statistically significant difference between groups(t=5.631,9.788,21.413,P<0.001).Daily activity ability scores of research group were higher than routine group,and difference between the groups was statistically significant,(t=35.164,P<0.001).Pain scores of research group were lower than routine group,difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=5.670,P<0.001).Conclusion Percutaneous kyphoplasty can improve limb function and daily activity abilities of patients with multisegment spinal fractures,alleviate pain levels,reduce complications incidence,which has significant curative effect and high clinical application value.
