摘要
检索依折麦布瑞舒伐他汀钙复方制剂相关文献,通过对该复方制剂参比制剂和相关专利文献中的处方工艺进行总结分析,认为该复方制剂的处方筛选和工艺设计的关键在于提高依折麦布的溶解度与生物利用度、提高瑞舒伐他汀钙的稳定性和降低两个活性成分间的相互干扰。本综述可为依折麦布瑞舒伐他汀钙复方制剂的生产研究提供一定的参考。
In this paper,literature related to Ezetimibe and Rosuvastatin Calcium compound preparation is searched,and the prescription process of this compound reference preparation and related patent literature are summarized and analyzed.It is concluded that the key to the formulation screening and process design of the compound preparation is to improve the solubility and bioavailability of Ezetimibe,improve the stability of Rosuvastatin Calcium and reduce the interaction between the two active ingredients.This review can provide some reference for the imitation study of Ezetimibe and Rosuvastatin Calcium compound preparation.
